3 years after their debut album ‘caroline‘ was released amidst the hazy lockdown days, caroline has released two new singles. These preempt the release of their new album ‘caroline 2‘ on 30th May 2025. Further to this, the band has collaborated with Caroline Polachek on their newest single ‘Tell me I never knew that’. A nostalgic, electroacoustic meditation on time and the self.
The single reflects not only their previous sonic output but also a move towards maturity and expansion of their processes, production, and timbral explorations. The band uses a fairly wide array of instrumental forces (winds, strings, brass, percussion, electronic/acoustic guitar, and bass).
