Ebubé may not have been making music for long, but he has certainly had an impact. Having earned the attention of publications and playlists, he already has a few tracks with over 100,000 plays on Spotify. Having initially gained recognition as part of No Guidnce, this R’n’B talent has an EP of his own on the way. Titled ‘Slow Jam SZN‘, it marks his first solo project, with ‘Poison‘ a taste of what is to come.
This track kicks off with a strummed guitar and a bassy bounce interspersed with trap drums to create that R’n’B atmosphere. Our lead’s vocals are soothing and very expressive emotionally, alongside some great ad-libs. He relays a tale of someone who is not good for him, but he pursues this girl nevertheless. This track ticks all the boxes for a song of this genre, showcasing the talent of this rising star.
