It’s been a great year for pop music, and in particular, artists who are willing to go in different directions. Many point towards the huge success of Charli xcx’s ‘BRAT‘ era or rising stars like Shygirl, but you can’t forget about FKA twigs. Currently in her own new era, ‘EUSEXUA‘, this new song marks the second single from the upcoming project.
The track takes on a more clubby sound with the house production, as twigs documents a tale of romance with a stranger. It’s a simple concept, but the Cheltenham-born singer makes it fun and catchy, sounding as angelic as ever.
It’s been a busy year for the artist having recently starred in ‘The Crow‘ remake, and testifying in the US Senate for the regulation of deepfakes and AI. A person of many talents, we can’t wait for the full release of her third studio album.
