Gen Neo Explores the ‘Losing Game’ That is Love
Singer-songwriter, producer, and composer Gen Neo follows up his viral track ‘Called it Love’ with the emotionally-charged ‘Losing Game’.
The South Korea-based Singaporean artist began his music career in South Korea, as part of the production team Noize Bank. He would go on to compose and produce for artists such as SUPER JUNIOR-M, HENRY (formerly Henry Lau), and f(x). Later he would start his own singing career, with the release of his debut single ‘Think About Us’ in 2015. Two years later he would go on to release his debut EP – ‘Dimensions‘ – featuring the popular track ‘Missing U’. In 2020, his second EP – ‘AD ASTRA‘ was released. In 2023, Gen Neo released several singles including: ‘Like California’ featuring DeVita and ‘Till The Morning’ with Justin Park.
This new song has an R’n’B melody that explores the struggles of love as a losing game. Written and produced by himself along with Amos Ang, the artist offers listeners a soul-stirring vocal performance complemented by the song’s catchy beat. With poignant lyrics, listeners will have the catchy hook ”Give me yourself or nothing” stuck in their heads.
