KTJ & Carly have had a pretty productive year which has included the release of the EP, ‘NUKETOWN‘. ‘Sundays‘ closes the year in style with a sombre and heartfelt reflection on looking inwards following a breakup. These two know how to harmonise, but even though you know this duo are experts in that, it still takes your breath away.
This tender vocal performance is backed up by the acoustic guitar strumming which feels just right and not overbearing. These aspects lead to a mellow, but poignant track that delivers all the emotiveness that you’d expect from a single of this nature. This is a nice conclusion to what has been another good year for the duo, with 2024 likely to provide more indie-pop goodness.
