Lizzie Berchie Keeps on Shining with Latest Single ‘Love Deep’

Lizzie Berchie is a star in the making, and this year is looking good for the East London musician. Last year saw her build her name on the live circuit by supporting Noname and Shaé Universe. That has continued into 2025 as she recently performed at SXSW. Also, the singer-songwriter picked up Project of the Year at The State of R’n’B Awards for ‘Am I An Adult Yet?‘.
‘Love Deep‘ follows ‘I Hope You Understand‘ as her second release of the new era and it is another piece of great material. The vocals are soothing, particularly hitting the right notes on the chorus. Lyrically we are getting it good also, as she exclaims that she’s ‘everything you need’. The contributions of Filah Lah Lah fit into this track seamlessly, giving it that extra bit of flavour to an already lovely track.
We also have to touch on that smooth production courtesy of Berchie and collaborator Hilts. That piano melody is gorgeous and is the perfect match for both artist’s vocals.
But, don’t worry fans, you won’t have to wait long for the next one as the video teases more new music. The singer also announced that she has a new EP, which I certainly can’t wait to hear. Furthermore, there is a live show coming up on the 6th of June at St Pancras Old Church, London.
Fans of this multifaceted talent are certainly getting treated this week, and are so for the foreseeable future.
