Vocal powerhouse and pop icon Miley Cyrus is back! The Grammy-winning artist will release her highly anticipated 9th studio album, ‘Something Beautiful‘, on Friday 30th May 2025. Last week, Cyrus introduced the first two tracks ‘Prelude’ and ‘Something Beautiful‘. They were both accompanied by stunning visuals, unveiling the opening moments of her forthcoming record.

These songs mark the beginning of a beautifully curated journey with each release and video following the sequence of the album. The singer continues to blend pop with rock in a classic yet invigorating way. At the end of last week, she continued this exciting build-up with ‘End of the World‘. This reinforces the project’s immersive, operatic approach.

Executive-produced by Miley Cyrus and Shawn Everett, the 13-track release will be accompanied by a film, premiering in June. The accompanying product is heavily driven by fashion, with the shoot featuring the largest loan of Thierry Mugler archival pieces ever granted to an individual. This is alongside rare designs from Jean Paul Gaultier, custom Alexander McQueen, and Alaïa.

The album artwork, courtesy of Glen Luchford, also features Cyrus in 1997 Thierry Mugler couture. Original custom designs by Casey Cadwallader for Mugler can be seen in the videos for ‘Something Beautiful‘ and ‘End of the World‘. The visual film from Cinematographer Benoît Debie will use the project’s striking visuals to deepen its immersive storytelling, matching the powerful vocals and ethereal sound of the LP.

With ‘Something Beautiful‘, Miley Cyrus looks to push her artistry, blending music, fashion, and film into a singular experience.
