Miley Cyrus is widely regarded as one of the biggest stars of the 2010s. Following the hugely successful ‘Plastic Hearts‘ era, she has returned with her latest single ‘Flowers.’ The song is an ode to strength and being able to live without an ex, with the lyrics referencing being able to do tasks like buying her own flowers.

The track continues down the chilled-rock direction of the previous record, a sound she is comfortable over. Fans will be dissecting the lyrics, with many pointing to it being about Cyrus’ ex Liam Hemsworth. Whatever the case, it’s a solid return and a nice teaser to her next album which is out this year.
