Sampha is still riding high off his long-awaited second album ‘Lahai‘, including a performance at Glastonbury. But, the ‘Lahai‘ era isn’t over just yet as he releases a brand new version of the ‘Satellite Business‘ interlude. This whimsical blend of chilled electronics and R’n’B has you floating as you listen to the lyrics on the paradoxes of life and technology.
This extended version fleshes out the original version, giving it space to breathe and deliver its message. Little Simz comes in on the back end, with her usual confident and engaging flow that reflects on her come-up. It finishes off nicely what is a great new version of an already enjoyable musical piece. Sampha is wrapping up his tour and is set to play all over for festival season.
