Stormzy Starts A New Era With ‘Hide & Seek’

The return of Stormzy with ‘Mel Made Me Do It‘ certainly blew up the internet, but ‘Hide & Seek‘ is a very different vibe. The first teaser to his third studio album ‘This Is What I Mean‘ is an intimate R’n’B cut, that seems to tease toward a relationship of ups and downs.

While there will be plenty of speculation as to who this refers to, it shows off Big Mikey’s vocal chops over the smooth production. Also, the inclusion of rising star Oxlade, alongside Ayanna, and Teni highlights that he has his ears to the current music scene and knows what will work. ‘Hide & Seek‘ is certainly a new chapter for Stormzy, giving some indication that this new album will be different from what has come before.
