Urban Development’s Industry Take Over Seminar Series returns with Universal Music, AWAL, Alex Boateng (Island Records), Remel London (Capital Xtra) + more
The creative cogs have been turning over at Urban development, who return in partnership with Universal Music, AWAL, Sentric, Vivendi, We Plug Good Music, My Runway Group, WX, and SheSaidSo, to bring you the Industry Takeover Seminar Series.
The series, hosted by Capital Xtra’s Remel London, is scheduled for launch in February 2020 and will tackle all the hot topics surrounding the industry, whilst seeking to educate attendees on A&R, publishing, marketing & PR, distribution & label deals, and gender equality in music.
The six sessions of the seminar series will run monthly at the exciting new Samsung KX space in Kings Cross, with Island Records (Urban Division) president Alex Boateng, Simon Pursehouse from Sentric, and Sheffield Grime pioneer Coco, being named as just a few of the experts sharing their expertise with aspiring artists and future industry executives, in the hope of aiding their creative journeys.
