[Video Release] Do Me Something – Footsteps

Black British artist and producer Footsteps teams up with afrobeat superstar Moelogo for the release of their sweet sounding new rhythm ‘Do Me Something’. The track is yet an another release from his highly anticipated forthcoming project ‘isthatfoot vol1’.

Set against the stunning backdrop of a private mansion on a sun-kissed island, the visuals depict thrill of the honeymoon of phase in a new relationship.

Combing the best elements of both their worlds ‘Do Me Something’, marries Footsteps’ sensual jazz inspired vibes with Moelogo’s rhythmic brilliance and smooth vocal delivery. The addition the sax was the cherry on top giving the track a more rounded and polished feel.

Black British producer/artist has an impressive track record of delivery quality music time after time. As an exceptionally talented writer and producer he is best known for his work on Wiley’s Eski Recordings, as well as a variety of tracks with Yxng Bane.

This can also within his own music, from reggae infused track ‘Take Time’ with Doktor, to ‘Maxi Dress’ featuring Moelogo, alongside Shakka and Ycee.

Constantly challenging himself by experimenting with a range of genres including grime, funky house, reggae, afrobeat and soul vibes, a Footsteps production is easily identifiable by its clear understanding of the way different sounds are used convey a wealth of emotions.
